1. Send your order & custom copy - You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.

2. Sign your Sales Order - Sign and fax back to confirm your order.

3. Approve your proofs - You will receive proofs by fax or email for each item you ordered. Approve your designs or make changes and send your proofs back. Send final approval by the date requested to avoid delays in your order.

4. Receive your Order! - Completed orders usually ship within 3-5 working days. If you're in a pinch, we can usually rush your order without extra charges.

*Each job requires a processing fee of $25, which includes 15 minutes of art time. Additional art time is billed at $15 per each 10 min. The processing fee covers the entire job, no matter how many items are ordered. Prices subject to change without notice. Oversized and odd-shaped items may require a crating fee.
